Omaha, NE - The "Process" for Chayse Primeau continues on at the University of Nebraska Omaha. Coming off of a solid Freshman campaign, the 6'4 200 pounder from Voorhees, NJ has followed that up with an impressive start to his Sophomore season. He has 12 points in 20 games with the Mavericks this year and has found himself on the ice in all offensive situations as well for Coach Gabinet. He has contributed to the squad on the power play, penalty kill and of course, at 5 on 5 as well. The NJ native has taken the proverbial "long road" to Division I hockey as he played out his string of junior hockey. Competing in his first season in Philadelphia with the Revolution, then on to the Lincoln Stars of the USHL and finally finishing out in his over age year in Dubuque. The former USHL 20 Goal Scorer now looks to the second half of this NCAA season to cement his place in the ultra competitive NCHC Conference. The goal is for this TK Alum to push the .500 Mavericks into the playoffs in March. All of the Team Kanaly Alum and players wish Chayse the best of luck during the rest of this season.
